The manager, Eddie, was wonderful. Because we were the only guests for the night, he even took us for a tour to see the other chalets. Because of the tour, I can give some extra info! *We stayed in the African Experience villa. It is one of the self-catering villas. There was a slight issue with the shower's cold water faucet - but nothing major, and when we told Eddie, he was on it immediately. We told him the repair could wait until we checked out, as it was not something that bothered us. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. There are small things that can be updated, for example, the kitchen cupboards, but then again - this is nothing major. We spent our two days in the park, and just showered and slept there - so it was perfect for what we needed. The villa has a small private pool, which was a nice addition. Breakfast was included - and we enjoyed the breakfast. *There are quite a few "luxury rooms." These are new additions. They are beautiful and modern - but not self-catering. Commenting on a review left from another guest regarding noise, I can see how this can be an issue if there are unruly guests next to you. However, these rooms have an additional door linking them, so if ypubare planning a getaway with friends or family, this is quite nice. (And just to add , we recently stayed at Sun City, and guests were making noises in the corridor at 3 am. Inconsiderate guests are, unfortunately, an issue you can encounter anywhere. *There is also a double story house for families. It is a lovely house with beautiful views and a private enclosed pool area. *The presidential suite is AMAZING. Very luxurious. It has it's own heated pool, and they are busy building an enclosure for the pool area.

I made the reservation for my parents as a gift for their anniversary. The Staff was absolutely amazing. My parents were lost, so they came to fetch them. The breakfast was great and the game drive, with the snacks was superb. They didn't want to come back home. They loved and enjoyed their anniversary

I liked that the room and surroundings looked exactly as they were on the pictures seen on the internet. Overall a nice spot to hang as a couple.
